Constructed of a high-strength, high-impact resistant, and high-heat resistant alloy steel body. The steel used is the same type of alloy trusted in crane structures, aircraft components, wind turbines, engine parts, and mining equipment. The material’s ability to work harden under stress adds a second layer of durability against tampering.

The two-piece latching mechanism is crafted from solid stainless steel for uncompromising strength and corrosion resistance. It’s secured by an Abloy Sentry rotary disc lock core, a deadbolt-style system that offers extreme pick resistance, low maintenance, and exceptional key control.

Designed with usability in mind, this lock features a front-facing key for convenient access and a simple locking mechanism that’s easy to use without sacrificing security. A durable, hard powder coat finish ensures long-lasting protection against the elements.

Cobra (Standard)

Proven Disc-Detainer (Upgrade Option)

The Proven Disc Detainer Lock was developed for high-security situations where  minimum maintenance is not possible. This particular lock is virtually impossible to pick due to its rotating disk and requires special lock picks and skills needed in order to pick. 

Application

Disc detainer locks are not all that common in everyday use. Mainly this style of lock is reserved for high-end locks. These lock perform well in extreme weather conditions with minimum if any maintenance.

Medeco M3 (Available upon request, for additional cost)

Medeco comes as one of the oldest High-security lock manufacturers in the USA. You will find this high-security lock in most prisons, government facilities, and even the White House! This particular lock is virtually impossible to pick due to its rotating pins that not only need to be at the right height but the right rotation in order to unlock.

Application

Medeco is typically needed for the high-security needs of companies that need key control or grandmaster key solutions. All parts are machined out of brass and hardened steel, for the combination of great exterior performance and high-security needs.

Abloy (Available upon request, for additional cost)

Abloy cylinders provide high-security protection by using a unique rotating disc mechanism. Unlike standard locks, they are virtually unpickable, bump-proof, and designed to withstand harsh road conditions and outdoor environments without jamming.
